Rodeo Job Question! Answers Asap?

well i have rodeo'd my whole life i barrel race professionally. but i let my rodeo mare retire and i got a new filly that im starting to train and i cant really put her in rodeo for another 3 years because she is so young. i cant get away from the rodeo world because its my one and only true love so i was wondering how i became involved in a job in the rodeo such as how do i become one of those guys that like chase the bulls cattle and bucking horses back into the pens i need a job like this to keep me in the business. how do i go about getting one of those jobs.

You can get involved with the high school rodeo association. They are all volunteers though.
